Change - Celtic Incense

In Northern Europe, Druids were known for their wisdom and knowledge of traditions and the natural world (particularly plants). They regarded nature as manifestation of the divine and they were highly skilled in developing strong spiritual connections with plants and other forces of nature. Incense burning accompanied rituals related especially to the cosmic cycles.

 The herb mix in this incense (mugwort, verbena, sage, mullein, lemon balm, inulin root, St John’s wort, yarrow, mint, and chamomile) inspires a deeper connection with nature.

 Frankincense was used (and has been for thousands of years) to cleanse and consecrate a space, and connect with the divine.

 Mastic blends well with and reinforces the other ingredients in the mixture. Its bright energy opens us to the divine.
