Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. After that, the delivery time (including any potential delays due to high volume of orders during holidays) depends on the shipping provider.
Shipping charges for your order, shipping carriers, delivery options and time are calculated and displayed at checkout, after filling out the shipping address.
All items are shipped from The Netherlands. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a track&trace number.
Your order may be subject to import duties, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pneuma Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pneumashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
